As soon as a place is available an invoice for a term’s fees will be sent directly to you. Subsequent invoices will be sent at the end of the preceding term.
Fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each term. Prompt payment of fees is required.
In order that the system runs smoothly parents must give a half terms notice in writing of intention to cease lessons. If a student simply fails to attend lessons, parents may still receive an invoice for the following term. Written notice MUST be given in advance by letter or email. If no written notice is given a half term’s fees will be payable in lieu of notice.
Further information is available in our Music Charging Policy available on the school website.
Insurance and Storage
Please ensure that instruments are clearly named and are easily identifiable. Locked rooms are available for storing instruments, but we advise you to add the instrument to your home contents insurance. There is the opportunity to purchase instruments at low-cost or to hire from the school. Please ask the Head of Music for further information.
There is an application enclosed. Please complete and return to the school office. Students will receive a timetable at the start of the term in which they will start their lessons.
