Every year we choose a charity to support and have raised over £80,000 in the last ten years! Students spend the year putting on a number of different events to raise money for the charity.
This includes the annual Run for Stanborough which involves all staff and students from the school walking and running around Stanborough Lakes, often dressed in all sorts of strange fancy dress. Students also raise money through the fairground stalls and food they sell when students return to school. We also have a number of non-uniform days and each year group organises a charity event. The year ends with our Festival on the Field in the last week of term.
This year we are continuing to support the Ollie Foundation as we have forged close links with it and we are keen to fully utilise its considerable expertise and resources in the area of teenage mental health issues.
